We flew out to Fall River, MA to meet with Merrow in Spring of 2018 and visiting their factory was a glimpse into the past. Seeing an old American style factory in such an iconic building made us proud in playing a role in bringing jobs and sewing back to the states. Established in 1838 Merrow is a diverse manufacturing operation. Managed by 7th Generation Brothers, Owen & Charlie Merrow.

LOVE the fit, style and material! I am 5‚Äô 11‚Äù and 165 lbs and the size medium fits perfect and there is enough room where I could fit a thick base layer underneath. Most importantly the sleeves are actually long enough so I can use the thumb holes! I haven‚Äôt worn this hiking/backpacking yet but I can tell it‚Äôs going to be one of my go to pieces!

Great top!

Love this top. It‚Äôs the perfect weight for multiple seasons here in Wisconsin. I got both the green and curry colors and they are both great! For size I am usually between a large and xtra large (5‚Äô7‚Äù, 185 lbs) so I got the extra large and it fits with just the right amount of extra room.

So comfortable. Even able to sleep in it! the seams are stitched so well I didn’t even know I had it on inside out ;)! Extremely stretchy. I’ve used as an under layer and as an over! Very happy with my purchase!… onh and no pilling!!!

Great product & customer service

The fleece is great - very warm for its thickness and in beautiful colors. But what really stands out is the ease of customer service. I needed to exchange a fleece for a different size & it was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. They provided a bag in the original order box, and all I needed to do at the post office was give them my QR code. Perfect!

We like Hemp. Its natural resistance to pests and weed-blocking dense growth requires no chemicals of any kind. It is the strongest natural fiber, naturally antimicrobial and resistant to UV.

Recycled Polyester

At our Hemp Fortex factory, we use Repreve Recycled Polyester, which uses PET from plastic water bottles as the raw material. Recycling the PET into fiber not only reduces landfill and ocean waste, it causes far less air pollution than making new PET.
