Spring 2016 Line Just Hit the Floor!

We have some exciting news... Our Spring 2016 line hit the floor today, March 15! We are excited for you guys to see all of the new designs and products we have been working so hard on. We hope our new collection will continue to push our customers to go out and figure out what inspires them the most.  Come see new line in person at Basecamp or shop online.

Spring Cleaning

This past Monday we shut down Basecamp to bring a fresh feel to our home store. In efforts to open the space up a bit and provide a more relaxed shopping experience, we've changed out the racks and redesigned the layout of the floor. We've designed a new common space and opened up the display windows to welcome more sunshine.

When you cruise by on Dickson Street, look for the new curb appeal. We've hand placed acid washed steel, bringing smokehouse material from the indoors out. We hope all the changes will make for a more laid back shopping experience and can't wait to hear what you all think!

Subaru Party

For a special chance to see the redesign of the store and the new Spring line, please join us tonight, March 15, between 5 and 8 pm at Basecamp to help us celebrate our partnership in adventure with the team at Adventure Subaru. There will be local samplings from Native Nectar, Kyya Chocolate, Saddlebock, and White River Creamery. Come enjoy great music (live DJ) and some awesome giveaways from Adventure Subaru and other local companies. Fayettechill will also be giving away some items from our new line! Saddlebock Brewery will kindly be providing a keg of Fayettechill’s Farmhouse Ale for all over 21.

Over 25 non-profits are supported between FC and Adventure Subaru and we are striving to grow that number and continue our work with them. We couldn’t do what we do without the help of the community so come hang out, learn more about our partnership, and learn how to get involved.

Meet Our New Staff: Tyler

Everyone, please give a warm welcome to our new store manager Tyler! Born and raised in the Ozarks, Tyler has always had a love of being outdoors. Tyler and his wife have been living in Orlando, Florida for the past six years and relocated to Fayetteville in the summer of 2015. We’re very lucky and excited to have him as a part of our team!

I spend most of the spring, summer and early fall at the lake or on a river. Hiking, backpacking, and running are some of the things I enjoy most no matter where I am or what time of the year it is. I am thrilled to be a part of the FC team. They represent everything I love about the Ozarks and that means a lot to me. Come by Basecamp and say hey, I would love to meet you!”

Here is some very important insights on our new FC team member!

Q: If you were a kitchen utensil, what kind would you be and why?
Tyler: Spork; it’s unconventional but effective.
Q: Wizard or Jedi? Why?
Tyler: Jedi; a light saber is much cooler than a wand.
Q: 1,000 Duck-sized horses or one horse-sized duck?
Tyler: One horse sized duck, the other option is just too insane.
Q: What M&M color tastes best?
Tyler: None; m&ms are the worst!
