I now own the livingston, henderson, and loma hoodie because this is simply the best micro-grid fleece being produced right now. Small company, excellent craftmanship...and the best fit of any jacket my husband has worn. Most outdoor companies clothes are too tight on my husband's chest to fit him properly because he isn't your typical "skinny tall rockclimber" build. Although he's really a pretty normal build for most guys.
The Henderson specifically is the most "dressy" of their styles which can be worn for Zoom meetings, travel, or backpacking. It doesn't have the thumbholes which is actually nice for this style. His only wish is that the zipper came with a lightweight zipper pull since the zipper is pretty small to grab with gloves on. But that's a 50 cent fix we can do ourselves.
The Livingston and Loma are both excellent layers for backpacking/thru-hiking. You won't be disappointed in either. They're softer, better fitting, and hold up just as well as any other option on the market.
We're Fayettechill folks for life. Keep up the high quality gear!
