When you join our family we take care of you. Our products are backed with a quality guarantee. If a product does not meet expected standards or has manufacturing defects, please let us know and we will make it right. Please provide your proof of purchase and a picture of your product to email@example.com to submit your claim. The OMF Guarantee is not valid without proof of purchase. Items bought at our outlet or semi-annual sale will not be included in this warranty.
Ozark Mountain Family Guarantee Will Be Honored If:
- Product was damaged upon arrival, i.e manufacturing defects
- Product is not up to expected normal wear and tear standards (example: design faded quickly, holes forming in armpits, product defective after one wash, buttons falling off, zipper broke off)
We will NOT honor OMFG If:
- If item was bought from sample or damaged bin
- If item was damaged through an accident by customer (example: dog chewed up hat, stains on shirt, shirt caught on pole and was ripped)
**The Fine Print**
- We must have proof of purchase from customer, product registration, and/or order can be found in Fayettechill system
- Product must be from Fall/Winter 2018 line or later
- Must be a full price item whether it was purchased from Fayettechill or a retailer
