We truly appreciate your feedback, and sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had at our Basecamp store. During our recent Semi-Annual Sale our website received the highest number of orders in company history. Due to this, Basecamp received a very high volume of in-store pickups, causing it took take a little longer than usual to look through all of the orders. Our Basecamp employees try their best to make each customer comfortable and leave our store satisfied. We sincerely apologize for the less than satisfactory experience you had. Regarding the blends of materials we use to produce our shirts, we switched to the 50% organic cotton - 50% recycled polyester blend because we felt it was a more versatile blend to wear as lifestyle and activewear. We do have another popular blend that I would suggest looking into to see if this is a better fit for you! It's called the Sequoia Blend and is made with 55% hemp and 45% organic cotton.
