Full Production Factory: Sewing & Screen Printing

Overview: Family owned and operated facilities in Los Angeles, California that we have used since 2012. America’s first Fair Trade Certified factory.

Fibers: Organic Cotton, grown without synthetic pesticides or insecticides, no GMO, non-toxic. Recycled Polyester, made from post-consumer products such as water bottles, uses less energy, less virgin raw material. Diverts bottles and similar materials from landfills. They use low impact dyes and finishes. Now, new to the lineup we are offering Recycled Cotton & Recycled Polyester in our Pullovers & Hoodies.

Dyeing & Finishing: The local dye house is Bluesign compliant and one of the most environmentally friendly dye houses in the world. On average, they use 40% less chemicals, 50% less electricity, 65% less water, 30% less natural gas, and 50% lower emissions compared to a typical dye house in United States. These savings are even greater when compared to dye houses operating in China, India, etc.

Screen Printing: Water-based inks, PVC and Phthalate free.

Local Manufacturing: The entire manufacturing operation takes place within an 8-mile radius. Production Waste: 100% of the fabric scraps generated during the cutting process is recycled.

Ozark Mountain Family Guarantee

By supporting clothing made with organic cotton you are voting with your dollar for clean, natural growth of crops & against the use of toxic pesticides that eventually run off into our waterways. We believe in the longevity of land, in maintaining the natural ecosystem of soil.

While it's an oil-based textile, the world uses & recycles a lot of water bottles and we are able to turn that waste into a textile that can be used for decades.

At our Hemp Fortex factory, we use Repreve Recycled Polyester - Over 800 million tons of plastic bottles end up in landfill each year. Recycling the PET from plastic bottles into fiber not only reduces landfill & ocean waste, it causes far less air pollution than making new PET. See more about the recycled polyester process.

I love feyetteville

I wanted something special to commemorate my time in Arkansas and getting this was the best choice. This is a sweet shirt in an amazing color that’s comfy, cool, and made in the US of A. It’s all I hoped for and I love it!! You should get one too. I already fit a small, but went for a medium to have a little extra room and so it can cover my bum when I wear leggings and it was a great decision👌🏼

Previous fayettechill shirts I have purchased were all made of cotton. I thought all of their shirts were cotton, but this one was 50% polyester... I despise the feel & wash of polyester. Still love fayettechill but I will be careful to read what each one is made of now.
