Great look, but too small

Love the look and quality, but the “one size” is too small for my 7 1/4 head size.

Great quality! But it is small.

I've got a normal sized adult mans head (7 3/8 I think) and the hat fits a little too snugly. My 11 year old daughter now has a fantastic sun hat.

Awesome quality hat

This hat is awesome in looks and quality, but I feel like it is a little smaller than advertised. Either that or my head has grown. Fits my wife pretty good, so it will probably become her hat.

One Size Fits All? Not so much…

It’s a cool looking hat, but there’s no give. My head isn’t that large, about 23” circ., (7-3/8) but there’s just no way that would fit. Box arrived very damaged, poorly packed, and would have returned anyway due to the damage. apparently they are coming out with a “Big Head Todd” version in the Spring? Would try again, cuz it’s a great looking hat!

Hey Richard,

We are very sorry your hat arrived damaged. Unfortunately, any damages made during transit are out of our control. We will replace or refund any hat that arrives damaged and we are looking into extra packing material to keep the hat safe during transit.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to customerservice@fayettechill.com with any questions.

Best regards,

Love my new hat!

Our Promise

At our 12-year mark, our commitment to quality is stronger than ever. Goods for the woods that are good for the woods. We collect and thoughtfully create eco-conscious goods that are built-to-last. We strive to lessen our impact on the environment with each seasonal product collection, including ethical manufacturing and sourcing of organic and recycled materials.

Organic Cotton

Vote for Organic Cotton. It protects natural ecosystems and nurtures the soil, versus crops treated with pesticides and chemicals that are harmful for farmers, workers, wildlife, and waterways.

Hemp

We like Hemp. Its natural resistance to pests and weed-blocking dense growth requires no chemicals of any kind. It is the strongest natural fiber, naturally antimicrobial and resistant to UV.

Recycled Polyester

At our Hemp Fortex factory, we use Repreve Recycled Polyester, which uses PET from plastic water bottles as the raw material. Recycling the PET into fiber not only reduces landfill and ocean waste, it causes far less air pollution than making new PET.
