Overview: We have used Outdoor Cap since 2012 and are happy to have them as neighbors in Arkansas for design and development. All factories used under Outdoor Cap are Fair Labor Certified. We accomplished a major milestone for FW19 and sourced all Organic Cotton for our main hat fabrics. We were also able to have Outdoor Cap start sourcing from our Hemp supplier, Hempfortex for future developments.

For over 25 years Chad Maupin has plied his trade as a Graphic Designer and Illustrator shoehorning his love of retro comic books, horror movies and mid-century illustration into every project he could.

Product Was nice. Shipping process wasn't communicated for 4 days until it shipped.

I was expecting to see a time line of the order process up submitting my order. I waited 4 business days before emailing to see what what was going on. When I purchased it should have said, we expect your order to ship in 3 business days or whatever.

The hat is great though. No worries - just want to give feedback.
